Information About Your New VISA Card

We would like to thank all of our members for your patience and understanding as we updated our VISA card processor during the week of March 27th.

We have two VISA Card programs available:

  1. VISA Platinum (burgundy colored card)
  2. VISA Platinum Rewards (dark grey colored card)

The type of card that you received is based on your credit score at the time of issue. Burgundy colored cards do not earn rewards points and have a higher APR. Dark grey colored cards earn rewards points that you can redeem for travel, purchases, and more and they have a lower APR.

Online Access

You can access your VISA card history, set up payments, request balance transfers, limit increases, and more by logging into Online Banking and then clicking on the credit card shaped icon on your balance screen.

If you don’t have online banking, call us and we’ll be happy to walk you through the set up process. Not interested in online banking? You can register your account information at https://onlineaccessplus.com/oa/chippewacountycu/

Did you have rewards points saved on your old card?

You can redeem them through May 22, 2017 at: www.scorecardrewards.com or just hold on to them and we’ll transfer them over to your new card after May 22nd. You will begin to earn rewards points on your new card as soon as you begin making purchases.
