Chippewa County Credit Union Aids with Income Relief
Beginning Tuesday, March 17, 2020 all consumer loan due dates will be advanced one month. This will help ease the burden due to the loss of wages in many households. If you have automated payments from your accounts at the credit union, you will not have to contact the credit union to stop the transfer, we will advance the transfer date.
If you have a mortgage loan with the credit union, you will need to contact the loan department for special handling of advancing your mortgage payment.
We are also offering a loan special to assist members of the community who will be experiencing a reduced income because of the Corona Virus. This special is open to any community member in need and is not limited to our membership base. The credit union is offering a one-year payback, a base interest rate of 2.50% APR with the first payment due June of 2020.
