Chippewa County Credit Union
Where all families make one union

Memorial Day is a happy occasion for most of us in the United States. It’s a three-day weekend generally marking the beginning of summer. We celebrate that with trips down the shore, big barbecues, road trips, and pool parties.

What Memorial Day is Truly representing is:

Memorial Day is a day of remembering the men and women military personnel who died in the service of their country, particularly those who died in battle or as a result of wounds sustained in battle.

Memorial Day is a day of both celebration and grief, accounting for the honor of our heroes and reflecting on their tragic loss.

Although we maybe experiencing difficult times dealing with the COVID-19 Pandemic- Memorial Day is a day to remember all those who have made it possible for citizens to be able to appreciate family & friends a little more for they fought for our freedom and rights, so while you are having your picnic, cooking on the grill or just enjoying the stay at home order; Please remember to Social Distance.
